Burstein Bryant Barristers, a Toronto based law office specializing in criminal law, hired Casco to design the corporate identity of their new firm. We developed a concept pairing a symbol and a wordmark. The symbol represents the three B’s of the firm’s name rotated in three different orientations to represent their robust past experience, their outstanding present reputation, and their forward thinking, proactive approach. The radiating lines of the symbol suggest their steady focus, while the outer and inner circles symbolize their partnership. The wordmark, using lowercase letters, clearly states the names of the partners, recognized for their experience and reputation for boldness, yet with a friendly and personable approach.
